We purchased an acreage in the Regal Ridge Development at Osoyoos, B.C. and began our search for a builder. We spoke with many people who had recently built new homes and the name that kept coming up was Roland Blaise. The people we spoke with gave us such positive feed-back that we decided to go with Roland.

The process was great and allowed us full control of the decisions, with their input and advice. We really liked the option of doing a portion of the work ourselves. We would like to comment as follows:

• This was a new experience, we had never built before.
• Stopping by our site and checking things out was never a problem with Jason and Roland, in fact they took us through the home several times during construction.
• Quality workmanship was the most important part of the process to us.
• Our questions were always answered and when we asked for certain changes, the reply was ” no problem, we can do that!”
• All of our questions, big or small, during construction and after we moved in were dealt with promptly and courteously.
